Tracy Farr is a writer who used to be a scientist. Her debut novel The Life and Loves of Lena Gaunt, longlisted for the 2014 Miles Franklin Award, is published this year in the UK and US. Her second novel, The Hope Fault, is out in 2017. She lives in Wellington.
